TRAIL RIDING IN THE TRASIMENO PARK
Riders have the choice of three main trail rides which begin at the Agriturismo Le Case Rosse di Montebuono leading to the Trasimeno Park.
Trail A: this trail unravels south for about 20 km down to the Caina (tributary of the Tiber) River valley crossing endless farm lands dotted with thick woodlands of live and age-old oaks typical of the uncontamined Mediterranean woods. Open river valleys and wooded hills interchange along the park-oasis of the lake Trasimeno. The ride takes about theree hours and a packed lunch will be provided.
