The guests may use the large biological swimming pool (elettrolytic purifyng system) facing East-West, Holstein, Italian, anglo-arab and arab saddle horses, 18 hole golf course (affiliated),lake within the Trasimeno Park and wildlife oasis for bird and animal watching, walks and mountain bike trails trough the woodlands in the green Umbrian country.
